VOICE Technical Support Consultant – II & III

· Specifically we are looking for folks to fill 2nd and 3rd level technical support roles.
· Some of the technologies the client needs support for include Exony reporting, Verint call recording and workforce management, IP Telephony, Cisco Voice Portal, Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP), Contact Center Applications, etc.
· Preference is to find folks with experience in Service Management, ITIL and/or IT implementation. .
