A Training and Development Manager manages the learning of an organisation's workforce. The training element gives staff the understanding, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work-related tasks. The Manager will either deliver training sessions to participants or, alternatively, arrange for others to do so. The development work relates to the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills so that they can fulfill their potential within their organization

The Training Developer will work with the Supply Chain organization to develop a set of instructor led training courses covering the core capabilities and processes. Core capabilities include Category Management, Market Intelligence, Demand Planning, Leveraged Sourcing, Operations Procurement, Materials Management, and Logistics. This training is focused primarily on the non-SAP aspects of the processes and introducing the new organization. A parallel SAP implementation and related training will complement this "non-SAP" training. Training materials will include primarily PowerPoint presentations and Quick Reference Cards. Experience with training development and supply chain is required. Experience within the oil and gas industry is a plus. This role will require a collaborative work effort with the client, the SAP training & functional teams, and the rest of non-SAP training team to ensure the overall supply chain effort stays integrated. Candidates should have high attention to detail to produce quality training materials. Skills Required: Training design and development, Train-the-Trainer, MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
