Telephony Manager
Location: Richardson, TX
Duration: 6 months
o Be expert in LEC ordering process, specifically with ICO and Out of Region Vendors
o Be fluent in the requirements related to LOAs (Letters of Agency)
o Possess solid project management skills in order to be able to track multiple orders, multiple tasks, with multiple vendors
o Exhibit strong negotiation skills in order to meet client timelines
o Background in voice services test and turn up efforts to be able to participate/guide efforts when necessary
o Be available to ramp up for large project with little upfront training
