Multiple Mobile Developer (Android)positions

 

Location:              Bloomington, IL  (Onsite)

 

Duration:             12 Months

 

General description:

The Mobility Services Solution Center is looking for a strong object-oriented developer to assist with development and support of Android applications. These native applications are written in Java and leverage the Android SDK and other Java frameworks. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively and adapt to change quickly. 1200 hours each. 

 

Key skills needed for this position:

Object Oriented Programming, Java Programming Language, Experience in Android Programming, Eclipse development IDE and Android Development Tools, Knowledge or willingness to learn and embrace agile development practices (e.g. Scrum) as well as agile engineering techniques (e.g. Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration).  Competencies  Teamwork, Adaptability, Industry Knowledge, Technical/Functional Expertise, Decision Making and Judgment.
